Who We Are
The Navigators is an interdenominational Christian ministry that advances the gospel of Jesus Christ into the nations through spiritual generations of laborers living among the lost.
What We Do
The Navigators Military Ministry serves Virginia Tech cadets by helping establish them as disciples of Jesus Christ and equipping them as disciplemakers within our military. With Navigator ministries on 118 military installations around the world, we teach the next generation of military officers to walk with God for a lifetime by establishing them in basic spiritual habits necessary for a deep walk with God. As these habits are established, we equip cadets with the vision and skills necessary to make disciples who make disciples as they go out into the military.

Bill met the Navigators his freshman year in college in Oklahoma and was discipled by a fellow student who came to Christ and was discipled by the Navs while aboard ship in Okinawa, Japan. Bill received extensive training with the Navigators in evangelism and disciple making and represented them at Texas A&M University. After serving on staff for several years Bill and his wife Alyce left their staff position and moved to Roanoke, Virginia where Bill was self employed for almost 40 years. After Alyce passed away in 2013 The Lord laid it on Bill's heart to get back into the Navigator's Disciple making ministry. In 2014 Bill returned to Virginia Tech to begin discipling cadets!
